J'ai très honteusement laissé tomber  le  "Winter Wonderland" de Blackbird Designs dont la guirlande de gui ne m'inspire guère plus maintenant que les jours rallongent. Par contre, j'ai mis en route un petit modèle printanier, "Garden Flowers" de Stone & Thread, brodé avec des fils Weeks Dye Works et Gentle Art, sur une toile 14 fils teintée maison (vin + thé...).  Il devrait être terminé pour célébrer l'arrivée officielle du printemps samedi.
Shame on me, I have abandoned Blackbird Designs' "Winter Wonderland", as the mistletoe border somehow no longer inspires me now that days are growing longer. I have started instead a small spring design, "Garden Flowers" by Stone & Thread, which I am stitching with Weeks Dye Works and Gentle Art threads on a 36-count piece of linen home-dyed with a mixture of wine an tea... It should be finished on Saturday, when Spring officially sets in.
