Inside pockets, to be filled with items bought at the Aiguille en Fête needlework show. Too many visitors there on the first day, it spoilt the fun, it really did...

Absolutely beautiful! This does not look like the work of a beginner but of someone who loves bags and finishes like a professional :-) I don''t think the recipient of this gift had any trouble filling it...haha! xx

Un joli sac pour ton amie d'Outre Manche ! Nous aurions pu nous rencontrer jeudi à l'AEF puisque j'y étais aussi !! Cette foule était plus qu'à la limite du supportable, c'était insupporable ! Bisous.

The bag was made following your good advice (fusible interfacing among others): somehow you gave me the courage to start... It is more basic than the beautiful ones you make yourself, but you are an accomplished quilter and seamstress when I am only a very hesitant beginner. I bought "technical" stuff at the AeF, nothing fancy. It is indeed a shame that it was overcrowded and you could not really see what was on display as you were pushed and shoved.
