Je fredonne ces paroles sans arrêt en ce moment. Ce n'est pas une chanson de Noël à proprement parler, plutôt une chanson mélancolique alors que Noël approche, mais j'aime sa mélodie, et l'interprétation de Joni Mitchell. Les paroles ne reflètent pas mon état d'esprit du tout - aux rennes près... Car j'ai remarqué que, cette année, ce fidèle compagnon du Père Noël est  à la mode - en tout cas chez moi !

I keep singing this Joni Mitchell's song to myself. It might not a be a traditional seasonal tune, as it tells a rather blue story, but it happens to be set around this time of year, and I like it. The lyrics do not reflect at all what I feel - except for the reindeer bit... I noticed last week that reindeers were rather in favour this year - at least in my home !
