J'ai récidivé. J'ai trente-six ouvrages en plan, et pourtant je me suis offert un petit extra, une petite gourmandise, achevée largement dans les temps qui plus est. Encore un motif halloweenesque... c'est à n'y plus rien comprendre. 

Ooops, I dit it again. I have too many projects crying to be finished, and yet, I could not resist an extra one, finished way before its obvious deadline. Another Halloween design... what's wrong with me ?

En fait, je n'ai pas résisté au regard hypnotique du chat (affublée d'un noeud rose, c'est peut-être une chatte). Ni à la citrouille édentée, ni aux araignées en nombre (vous avez vu l'araignée écarlate ?), ni à la chouette, ni l'écureuil... En bref, je n'ai pas résisté. C'est un modèle de Barbara Ana, acheté en même temps que le précédent, je n'arrivais pas à choisir lequel des deux me plaisait le plus. Alors j'ai pris les deux. Celui-ci devrait rejoindre ma collection d'abécédaires dans la cage d'escalier, tandis que le premier a pour sort d'être transformé en coussin. On garde les doigts croisés.

As a matter of fact, I could not resist the cat's hypnotic gaze (might a be a she-cat, I decided on a pink bow). Nor could I resist the toothless pumpkin, the numerous spiders (did you spot the scarlet red one ?), the owl, the squirrel... I simply could not resist. It is again a pattern by Barbara Ana, bought together with the one recently shown: I could not make up my mind as to which one I liked best, and ended up buying both. While the first model is supposed to be turned into a small chair pillow,  this one should end up on my alphabet sampler wall. Fingers crossed. 

Bon, me voici donc fin prête pour le 31 octobre, qui a des chances de ressembler à tous les autres jours - sauf qu'il sera pour moi veille de vacances et que j'ai bien l'intention d'aérer ma machine à coudre pendant mes congés au coin du feu. Je vous en donnerai des nouvelles.

So here I am, all set for October 31st, that will probably be like any other day - except that I'll be on holiday the next day, and I really mean to enjoy a cozy stay home sewing away (the sewing machine doesn't know yet, it has been banished to a dark cupboard for quite a while).
