Mais bêtement, au repassage, j'ai appuyé sur le bouton vapeur, et le résultat lui n'est pas joli, joli... Je ne montre pas tout, sinon je pleure !

But stoopid me pressed on the steam button when ironing the piece and the result is not a pretty sight at all... I am not showing all of it, else I cry !

Le porte-aiguilles restera inachevé, triste souvenir d'une opération ratée  - j'étais si fière de la tige en point de chaînette qui sinuait au milieu du modèle, bah tant pis, ça m'aura fait sortir des sentiers battus, et qui sait, mis le pied à l'étrier pour de futurs ouvrages en broderie traditionnelle.

It will remain an unfinished projet, reminding me of a sad failure - I was so proud of having successfully chain-stitched the stem that runs through the design, but never mind, I will have tried something new, and who knows, it might be the beginning of more traditional stitching.
